There are just too many ways this can go wrong - props (even with prop guards installed), nylon balloon shell, and propane supply hoses. If it was me, I wouldn't attempt this when piloting the spark from the basket. Of course you will need to check local laws/regulations as to whether flying this high is legal or not. When you take off again the altitude on the spark will be reset back to 0m and now you and the balloon can climb another 500m. At the 450m point you manage to land the spark inside the basket. So using the hot air balloon example, let's say the balloon is on the ground along with the spark. The altitude limit is based upon the take off point.
